The Association has engaged Design Build Associates to assist with their seismic retrofit project mandated by the City of Santa Monica. The project will consist of concrete grade beams, steel and wood framing and stucco repairs and painting.
823 S Bundy HOA is located in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles, and consists of 12 four-story townhomes in two buildings. Design Build Associates has been retained by the association to oversee waterproofing remediation issues related to patios, balconies and the central courtyard.
911 Kings Road is a gated 66 unit complex in a prime West Hollywood location, within walking distance to Santa Monica and Melrose Boulevards. It features a pool, spa and gym and has views of the Hollywood Hills. DBA has been retained to assist with the exterior repairs, including wood siding, stucco, deck repairs and handrail replacement, and replacement of windows, sliding glass doors and patio doors.
Anacapa View is a 201-unit complex located one block from the ocean in Port Hueneme. Design Build Associates has been retained by the association to oversee structural repairs at the stairways, wood repairs to decking and wood siding caused by termites and dry rot, waterproofing and repainting the entire complex.
Brookside Village Homeowner Association is a lovely 385-unit condominium complex in south Redondo Beach, located a short distance from the water. Its 32 buildings are set amidst babbling brooks, waterfalls and fountains in a resort-like setting with pools and spas, tennis courts, gyms, saunas and a clubhouse. Design Build has been engaged to oversee the reconstruction of the parking structure and the roof-top tennis courts.
Campus View Condos is a 63-unit complex at Pepperdine University in Malibu. Design Build Associates has been retained to provide construction management services for stair landing, balcony and deck repairs.

Canyon Hills Condominium Association is a 386 unit complex built in 1992. The complex boasts two pools, a spa, a fitness center, and grassy open areas with lush landscaping and mature trees throughout. Conveniently located in Santiago Hills off the 261, the complex is close to shopping and dining as well as recreational opportunities for hiking, biking and riding in nearby Peters Canyon Regional Park and Irvine Regional Park. The Board of Directors has contracted with Design Build Associates to provide construction management services for the upcoming repiping project.
Canyon Rim is a collection of 159 townhomes located in beautiful Portola Hills. The community boasts mountain and canyon views, and includes a swimming pool, spa and clubhouse. Design Build Associates has been retained by the association to assist them with site stability and slope repairs.
Gateway Walk is a 129-unit gated complex conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The complex features lush gardens with a fountain, a barbecue area, firepit and outdoor seating area, clubhouse and fitness center. The association originally hired Design Build Associates to assist them with their construction defect repairs, and has since asked DBA to oversee the painting and decking project.
