  • 951 Ocean Condominium Association

    951 Ocean Community is a high end condominium association located along Santa Monica Boulevard. Design Build Associates is managing the preconstruction and construction phases for the litigation seismic retrofit between the two buildings. We have reviewed all aspects of proposed retrofits, and are working with the association in moving forward with the seismic retrofit that will work best for their needs. The entirety of the scope of work is still being developed and this project is in the preconstruction phase.

  • Plaza Towers Homeowners Assocation

    Plaza Towers is high-rise condominium located on the border of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. This full service homeowners association is comprised of 84 units in a 14 story building. They are in the planning stage of their renovation project, and Design Build Associates has been helping to define the scope of work before the construction phase begins. As construction managers and consultants, we are managing the renovation of several different elements for this property. Plaza Towers is planning a complete repipe of domestic hot and cold water and sewer lines, both vertical and horizontal. Some additional items scheduled for the scope of work are: roofing, parking garage repairs and waterproofing, lobby pool decks, planter waterproofing, signage, exhaust fan and duct lining, elevator upgrades, lobby entrance updates, hallway lighting fixtures, garage updates, building phone system, building camera system, electronic key entry system, and painting of the exterior building, lobby and valet entrances.

  • Village Palos Verdes Homeowners Assocation

    Village Palos Verdes is located a few blocks from the beach and is comprised of 180 multi-story units, spread across 21 buildings. Design Build Associates has been involved from pre-construction through construction of this project. As construction managers and consultants, we are managing the complete renovation of the building envelope. This exterior work encompass a complete scope of demolition, new fiber cement siding, stucco, windows, garage doors, front doors, balconies, cable rails, decks, sloped and flat roofing, fire escape ladders, and painting.

  • Marina Strand Colony I Homeowners Assocation

    Marina Strand Colony I is a 145 unit homeowner association located in Marina Del Rey. This beautiful homeowner association is a city block long, and Design Build Associates is managing the complete renovation of the building exteriors. Their scope of work entails demolition, new siding, windows, doors, sloped and flat roofing, balcony enclosures, painting, staining, and decks. There are multiple phases to the construction portion of this project, which is currently under way.
