This is a 71,000 square foot office building. We were involved with the construction of this project from design conception through to completion. This project was completed in only ten months, in spite of the harsh Montana winter. It is a three-story steel frame building with a brick exterior. IBM occupied the structure upon our completion of all the interior finishes.
