This was a complex that sustained damage during the Northridge Earthquake and was severely compromised from deferred maintenance. This $17 million project began with Design Build assisting the Association in the settlement of their earthquake claim. We then formulated a complete scope of work that included the interior as well as the exterior of their 39 buildings. The completed exterior contained all new stucco, doors, windows, roofs, new sidewalks, entry porches, steps, new landscaping and asphalt repairs. Interiors included all drywall repairs, new kitchens and newly installed floor finishes.
