This project had suffered greatly from an improper condo conversion that allowed water and mold to infiltrate the walls and the interior of the units. There was a great deal of dry rot and termite damage in the building framing as a direct result of this water intrusion. Design Build Associates was hired to assist this Association in a complete rehabilitation of the exterior, including the complete removal of the exterior stucco down to the studs and a reconstruction of the exterior waterproofing envelope. Following the renovation, we worked with the Association to restore their lush landscaping.
