911 Kings Road is a gated 66 unit complex in a prime West Hollywood location, within walking distance to Santa Monica and Melrose Boulevards. It features a pool, spa and gym and has views of the Hollywood Hills. DBA has been retained to assist with the exterior repairs, including wood siding, stucco, deck repairs and handrail replacement, and replacement of windows, sliding glass doors and patio doors.
Rancho Veracruz is a beautiful condominium community located on the Tustin Ranch Golf Club. The 317 home development was built in the early 1990s.
