Villa Capri is a 49-unit community that has retained DBA to manage a foundation stabilization and leveling of the interior floors at one of the buildings. Following the foundation work repairs and restoration of the building exterior and interior will be made.
Wilshire Selby East is a high-rise condominium tower constructed in 1972, comprising 90 units across 12 floors. The Board has hired DBA to oversee repairs to the parking structure, balconies, pool area, roofing, and boiler & mechanical system repairs and/or replacement.
The Foundry is a prestigious gated community built in 2008, redefining resort-style living with its 86 residences set in lush, park-like surroundings. The Association retained DBA to oversee vital construction defect repairs to exterior elements, SB 326 inspections, and address waterproofing issues in landscape planters, podium decks, windows, and roofing areas. The entire community will also receive a fresh, complete exterior repaint, further elevating its appeal and value.
Enchanted View comprises 34 units across four levels, situated over subterranean parking. This Client engaged DBA to assist them with building shoring, roofing, and waterproofing repairs, as well as balcony and elevated walkway inspections, as required by California SB 326.
Niguel Beach Terrace Homeowners Association is a 368-unit complex featuring Cape Cod-style garden condos located in Dana Point, adjacent to Salt Creek Beach. The association initially retained DBA to assist with exterior stair replacement. The scope subsequently expanded to include a community-wide repipe project. We are also assisting with a wood and siding replacement, and exterior paint project for the southern portion of the community.
Metropol is a 41-unit low-rise loft community with subterranean parking. This client engaged DBA to assist them with their water intrusion repairs associated with the podium and elevated walkways. We also helped them to resolve some grading and drainage issues.
